"My first child was born by cesarean because she was breech. When I found out we were going to have another baby, we were pretty determined to have a VBAC if possible. I had heard that Jen was a doula who specialized in VBAC, and so we gave her a call. From the first time we met Jen, both my husband and I felt totally comfortable with her style and approach. Every step of the way she provided us with calm, honest support. Our birth ended up being rather long with lots of stops and starts. Jen was so present, and she brought her calm, informed, steady support to every interaction she had both with us as well as her collaboration with our midwives. We were able to have a VBAC and I am honestly not sure we could have done it without Jen!

"The birth happened much faster than my husband and I were expected and that caught both of us off guard. Jen was able to calmly reassure us that everything was fine and things were going great. From the moment I arrived at the hospital, I felt like I was having one long, continuous contraction.
